What are the benefits of AirHelp Plus Complete?

AirHelp Plus provides passengers with access to all AirHelp services, such as confirming eligibility for compensation and claiming compensation for delayed, canceled, and overbooked flights.

Customers also have access to the following additional services:

  • Claiming compensation for damaged or lost luggage.
  • Claiming compensation for any additional expenses incurred due to a flight disruption.
  • Live chat support before, during, or after a flight disruption.
  • Airport lounge access when flights are delayed over 1 hour

We will process all claims for AirHelp Plus users free of charge, in line with our terms and conditions.

How do I submit a claim with AirHelp Plus?

When you purchase AirHelp Plus you'll receive an email containing a link to your AirHelp Plus dashboard (https://app.airhelp.com/plus).

If you need to make a claim for your flight, simply log into your dashboard (https://app.airhelp.com/plus) and follow the prompts to start a claim. Your claim will automatically be processed without any fees.

How does AirHelp Plus Complete lounge access work?

If you purchase AirHelp Plus Complete you will receive a voucher for access to the airport lounge when your flight is identified as delayed by over 1 hour.

In order to use this benefit you must have purchased your flight at least 7 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What is the AirHelp Plus dashboard?

What can customers do with it? To use the benefits of AirHelp Plus, customers have access to a personal dashboard. From here they can:

  • Start a claim for compensation
  • Retrieve a voucher for lounge access (voucher is triggered automatically by delays over 1 hour)
  • Switch on alerts for flight delays or cancellations
  • Contact the AirHelp Plus support team

How to access the dashboard: Customers will get a link to the dashboard when they first purchase AirHelp Plus. They can access it at any time on the following link: https://app.airhelp.com/plus

What does AirHelp Plus offer USA passengers?

AirHelp Plus is available worldwide and supports air passengers with airport lounge access (for delays over 1 hour) and a 24/7 live chat no matter where they are flying, or where they call home.

We make use of a wide range of international air passenger rights laws including Europe's Regulation EC 261, the Montreal Convention, and ANAC 400 in Brazil to help passengers claim any compensation they're entitled to.

I have AirHelp Plus but my flight isn't eligible for compensation - what should I do?

AirHelp Plus gives you access to our flight claim services free of charge, but whether you are entitled to compensation is dependent on the circumstances of your particular disruption and the applicable international and local laws.

Ensure that you submit your claim via the AirHelp Plus dashboard (https://app.airhelp.com/plus), so that we can consider all relevant air passenger laws to try to get you the compensation you deserve.

Remember that even if your flight isn't eligible for monetary compensation, you still have access to our other services, such as Lounge Access (for delays over 1 hour), and advice and expertise via Live Chat.

Does AirHelp Plus cover my past flights or current claims?

AirHelp Plus applies on the flight you purchased it for only. For disruptions to other flights, where you have not purchased AirHelp Plus in advance, you can still use AirHelp's service, but you will becharged a fee (https://www.airhelp.com/en/price-list/) should they successfully obtain compensation on your behalf.
